Once your request is approved, you will receive:

Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

D. Return Costs
● If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is free of charge.
● For voluntary returns (change of mind, size, colour, etc.), return shipping is also free of charge
